K-12 employees receive free carwashes as kids head back to school
Lansing, Mich. – Tommy’s Express Car Wash is celebrating the start of a new school year by offering area teachers and K-12 staff a free car wash to clean up their vehicle before classes begin.
“As the Lansing locations owner, I take pride in giving back to the community,” said Mike Herrema, Tommy’s Express Franchisee and member of the Midwest Carwash Association. “Teachers and staff are getting ready to head back to school and educate our kids. We want to thank them for all they do each and every day by offering them a free wash August 25th – 27th.”
The Tommy’s Express Lansing location is committed to supporting local charities. Since opening in February 2022, Tommy’s Express has donated tens of thousands of dollars to local charities such as Make an Impact, the Sparrow Foundation, Toys For Tots, VFW Post 701 123, the Capital Area Humane Society and more.
